The shipment can be tracked on our website by logging in, upon completion of order, (if the same is updated by the Vendor).  Also, you can write to us at sales@acematerials.in or call us to know the order status.

Your shipment may contain the below documents:

• Copy of the Order invoice (Copy can be downloaded from your account profile and copy would be sent to your email id)
• Copy of the Delivery note (Quantities has to be checked on the time of delivery, Any missing quantities should be raised immediately to the logistics provider/delivery partner or acematerials.in)
• User manual, if any provided by the manufacturer.
• Material Test Certificates, if any provided by the manufacturer.
• Installation Manuals, if any provided by the manufacturer.
• Warranty Cards,if any provided by the manufacturer.

Following are the terms concerning our shipping policy.

Shipment process and Delivery time:

At acematerals.in, we endeavor to convey your materials before the assessed conveyance time once the request is set.

All orders are handled and delivered as mentioned during the checkout and vendor terms. (Conveyance time relies upon the many variables like item type, producer ability, distance between the conveyance area and assembling/stockpiling unit, traffic limitations assuming any forced by the neighbourhood/State government and other concealed occasions).

Requested materials will be dispatched solely after the payment/payment method is checked and approved.

One day conveyance (24 Hrs) will be just conceivable subjected to Vendor terms. We prescribe you to add 6 hours of support time for request handling.

A few items/materials can’t be sent/request can be dropped to specific objections because of vendor limitations. In such cases, we will update you previously/after the confirmation of order.

Any difference in the requested delivery time from the customer end must be intimated to us before the dispatch of the product/s.

In case of, conveyance parting, the same can be requested by writing to us at sales@acematerials.in. However, we expect you to place individual orders at such instances.

At any circumstances, we reserve the right to postpone the shipping/delivery at the sole discretion of ACE Materials.

ACE Materials reserves the right to withhold/ cancel the order without delivery, retaining the difference between the invoice price and current price as well as all storage, handling and shipping charges, and taxes applicable on all of the above.

Shipping requirements:

We guarantee to follow through on-time once you furnish us precise delivery address with road name, go across and main road, area name, pin code and any close by landmark for simple recognizable proof.

We prescribe you to have the extra room cleared for simple dumping of the materials. Dumping will be done distinctly to ground floor and 25 feet from the conveyance vehicle. If there should arise an occurrence of extra work prerequisite for material dumping, the additional cost to Platform/delivery partner/ logistics partner will be paid from customer end.

You accept and agree to provide clear road passage leading to your construction site/delivery site. We need a 30 feet wide road for smooth delivery of the consignment.

Shipping rates:

The transportation rates rely upon the delivery area and will be intimated to you during the order placement.

Any extra transportation cost which was not referenced during order placement, should be paid by the client.
